Sculptural shapes and selection of subdued colors give the collection a hint of nostalgia while maintaining her signature style. Inspired by old Havana and historic buildings in decay, Fredriksson deftly focuses her collection on the subtle, quiet beauty acquired by materials over time.Les Couleurs Nationales (pictured) is designed by Maxjenny Forslund. Forslund embraces the concept of sustainable fashion and always aims to transcend the current trends. The Spring/Summer 2008 collection – entitled “if it’s not risky, it’s boring” – features a range of experimental high fashion items as well as quiet necessities.
