Passport applications may not be submitted by postal mail or any other delivery service.The application fee is $40 and must be paid with a money order or certified bank check. The new passport must be picked up in person and may not be delivered by mail. For pick-up of the new passport at a consular location other than the one at which the application was submitted, there is an additional processing fee of $10.Application forms are available at the Embassy of Sweden or at any of the Swedish consulates in the US.
