An exhibition featuring objects, home movies, photographs, letters and other memorabilia from the life and career of Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman is on display at Scandinavia House.

Here's Looking at You, Kid: Selections from the Ingrid Bergman Collection takes an intimate look at the remarkable story of the famed Swedish actress, tracing the trajectory of her life from early childhood in Sweden to international stardom and Hollywood fame.

The exhibition features home movies starring Bergman as a young child as well as photographs taken by her family, Bergman herself, Hollywood studios, and renowned photographers such as Cecil Beaton, Bob Capa, David Seymour and Lord Snowden.

Gowns and film posters, Bergman's Oscar statuettes, passports, as well as her personal correspondence with Alfred Hitchcock, Ernest Hemingway, James Stewart and others, are also on display.

The exhibition was organized by the American-Scandinavian Foundation in collaboration with the Wesleyan University Cinema Archives and the family of Ingrid Bergman, and supported by the Consulate General of Sweden in New York.
