New Visa Application Form as of April 5, 2010
A new Schengen visa application form has been issued.
The form is required for anyone applying for:
- Tourist Visa
- Business/Conference Visa
- Visiting Family or Friends
- Airport Transit Visa
The form can be downloaded here or on the right.
Please note that the new application form (119031) must be signed in two places, the first refers to the application (No.37) and the second is the Schengen consent that follows.
