Cold Poles – Hot Stuff. Arctic and Antaractic Research

The world premiere of the exhibition features current research in the Arctic and Antarctic, focusing on how knowledge is gathered and how research is carried out. Cold Poles – Hot Stuff is interactive, and the philosophy of learning-by-doing makes it well suited for a younger audience. The exhibition also shows conditions for the people who work and live in the Arctic region.

Cold Poles – Hot Stuff is produced by Teknikens Hus, in cooperation with the Swedish Research Council, the Swedish National Committee for the International Polar Year, the Embassy of Sweden and the Norrbotten County Administrative Board.
