Migration:

The receptionist at the main switchboard cannot answer questions about visas or residence permits. Regarding these matters, you have to call the Migration Section or send an e-mail (generalkonsulat.istanbul-visum@gov.se).

Residence permits:

The quickest and easiest way to apply for a residence permit is to apply online.

Visa application

You have to contact and arrange a visa appointment via VFS Global (/http://www.vfsglobal.com/) in order to apply for visa.
