The Swedish Ambassador to Belgium, H.E. Ulrika Sundberg, is based in Stockholm and visits the country regularly. The Stockholm-based ambassadors are supported by an office (UD KSS) at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
A Stockholm-based ambassador
The Ambassador is responsible for conducting the ongoing dialogue with the Belgium Government, especially concerning EU issues, and for promoting economic and cultural ties between Belgium and Sweden.

Consular services
Some consular services are provided in Sweden House, rue du Luxembourg 3, Brussels.
It will be possible to collect (but not apply for) standard passports, national identity cards and driving licences. In emergences, the office is able to issue temporary passports. The office is not authorized to receive applications for visas or for work/residence permits.
