Every other year the Swedish Women’s Educational Association (SWEA) holds a World Conference with speakers, workshops and networking.
This year SWEA Perth will have the honour to host the conference. It will be held at the Pan Pacific Perth on October 19-22 followed by a post-conference trip to the Margaret River Region on October 22-25.
The theme for this year’s conference is SWEA – Creative Connections.
The conference dinners include a networking evening with buffet at Pan Pacific, an “Aussie” inspired evening at South of Perth Yacht Club and the main conference dinner at Queen Elizabeth’s Ballroom at Government House.
In parallel to the conference program there will be excursions to Rottnest Island, Swan Valley wine region, Freemantle and Penguin Island.
The venue for the post-conference trip to the Margaret River region is the 5-star Pullman’s Resort in Bunker Bay. The trip offers spectacular scenery, migrating whales, gourmet food and world renowned local wines.
