DemoEnvironment is a grant offering support to establish long-term sustainable relations between actors in the area of environmental technology in Sweden and China. The objective is to promote sustainable growth and a stronger business sector in the area of environmental technology that contributes to better living conditions for poor people in the partner country. 

DemoEnvironment gives the recipient countries an opportunity to test new modern environmental technology solutions and makes it possible for Swedish clean tech companies to demonstrate their proven and tested products. The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) is commissioned by Sida (The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) to run DemoEnvironment.

The first application period for 2012 is 1 March – 30 April. Please note that there is only one round of applications for demonstration projects this year.
