Introducing various aspects of Swedish culture into China as well as promoting and facilitating exchanges within the cultural field are the main tasks of this section. The goal is to stimulate long-lasting relations between Sweden and China. The head of section is the counsellor for cultural affairs whose responsible authority is the Ministry of Culture.
