There are a lot of incoming calls to the Embassy during all day and it may happen that your call is not answered. We apologize for this and recommend that you alternatively send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Please also note that the receptionist at the main switch board cannot answer questions about visas or residence permits. Regarding these matters you have to call the Migration section or send an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).

The quickest and easiest way to apply for a residence permit is to apply online. You have to schedule an appointment with the Embassy in order to submit an application in person. Applications will be received between 08.30 and 11.00, Mondays – Thursdays. Appointment times are scheduled via e-mail.
Appointment times for interviews are booked (via e-mail) after the Migration Agency has requested you to schedule an appointment time for interview.
The Migration section (visas, residence permits) is open to the general public, for example for those who want to collect their residence permit cards (UT-cards), Mondays – Thursdays 08.30-11.00. Applicants whose residence permit cards have been delivered to the Embassy will be contacted via telephone or e-mail.
