The Migration Supreme Court has refused appeals on resident permit decision in May 2009 because the relatives in Sweden was not seen as legal guardians for the Somali children applying at a Swedish abroad mission. The applicants did as a result not have the authority to apply for a residence permit on behalf of the children.
