Sida support to rural development

On July 1, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency – Sida - and the Macedonian NGO ZORS ALKA (Association for Sustainable Development and Cooperation) signed an agreement on additional Swedish support amounting to 4.6 MSEK (490.000 Euro) to ALKA:s rural development programme in 2008.

The additional funds will be used to deepen cooperation and coverage of the current programme in up to 12 municipalities.
