During the evening, he received an award from the Lithuanian Police Commissioner General, Vizgirdas Telycenas. The "Angelo Sargo zvaigzde" (english. Star of the Guarding Angel) is given for meritorious work and for development of relations with the Lithuanian Police.
Jan-Anders Jönsson's successor is Lars Norberg, who previously worked at the unit for international operative police cooperation at the Swedish Police.
