Visa for business visit

  • The Schengen IV application together with the appendices A and D filled in and signed by the applicants themselves.
  • Two recent photos, maximum 3 months old, according to the Embassy’s specifications (white background, Straight head, and clear face).
  • Valid passport for at least 3 months after your scheduled return + one copy of all pages that include other visas and stamps.
  • One copy of the ID card.
  • An invitation from company / person stating purpose and period of the visit.
  • A translated Certificate from Chamber of Commerce for the applicant and the company, commercial registration or professional association.
  • Proof of previous business activity:
     - Proforma invoice.
     - Proof of payment of the goods.
      -Proof of goods transported to Syria/Lebanon (bill of lading).
      -Proof of the current commercial deals outside and inside Syria/Lebanon.
      -Proof of financial situation (Translated balance account from the bank, proof of income)
