Application fee
The application fee is adjusted considering the exchange rate. Take a look at the homepage every time you are applying.

How you pay
1. If you submit your application for a Schengenvisa to visit Sweden at one of VFS Global's visa centers in Kiev, Lviv, Odessa or Donetsk, you should pay the application fee there.

2. All applicants who apply directly at the Swedish Embassy must pay the fee before submitting the application. You must submit the receipt (in original) from the bank to the Visa Chancellery when applying for a visa. The Swedish Embassy has a new bank account in OTP Bank for application fees. The following bank details have to be used:

You can pay the fee to any bank in Ukraine not only OTP Bank branches. Please note that only those who submit an application directly to the Embassy should pay the fee to this bank account. The fee will not be refunded in case of a rejection.

It will not be possible to pay fees to the Embassy’s old bank account in Praveks Bank after 9 September 2011.

Georgian residents
Georgian citizens residing in Georgia pay the consular fee in USD.
The fee beginning from the month of December 2011 is the following: 

  • Residence permit for studies (1000 SEK) - 144 USD
  • Family reunification (1500 SEK) - 216 USD
  • Work permit (2000 SEK) - 288 USD
