Schengen visa for members in Official delegations (only relevant for Ukrainian citizens)
The following documents are required:
Application for Schengen visa; completed in block letters, dated and signed by the applicant.

One [1] coloured photograph, size 35x45 mm, recent and of true likeness, showing full face, taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background.
A letter (original) issued by an governmental authority in Ukraine confirming that the applicant is a member of its delegation and is travelling to Sweden to take part in meetings, consultations, negotiations or exchange programs or in events arranged by an intergovernmental organization.
A copy of the official invitation sent to the Ukrainian authority from the governmental authority in Sweden/EU.
Domestic passport and copies of all 16 pages it.
Passport or other travel document, signed and valid for at least three months after scheduled return and copies of its identification page and previous visas and stamps. Copies of all valid passports and old passports should be enclosed.
Proof of medical travel insurance.
