Main objective
Establish dialogue between the Government of Zimbabwe and its traditional donors. Formulation of a recovery strategy and proposal for a way forward in the sensitive land reform matter. Defining key areas for national dialogue. Provision of tecnical expetise in the form of consultants and governance advisors.

Results
The progress report given has been through the Norwegian Embassy who had reported on one of the components in the Dialogue Facility, namely EPIZ (Ecumenical Peace Initiatives of Zimbabwe). EPIZ continued its roll-out process of the discussion document "The Zimbabwe we want" or the "National Vision Discussion Document". The work has resulted in that a total of 2/3 of the provinces had been able to participate in the discussions on the contents of the document.
