SWEDISH PASSPORTS/NATIONAL ID-CARDS/REGISTERING NEWBORN BABIES

Applications for ordinary passports are by appointment only. The Embassy has a high volume of passport applications. Please remember to book in good time before your passport runs out or you need to travel. The only way to book your appointment is online via our website.To book your appointment and for further information on passports and national ID-cards as well as registering newborn babies please see our page

The Passport section is open for applicants with appointments and for collection of passports/national id-cards:
Monday: 9 – 12 noon and 2 – 3 pm, Tuesday 9 – 12 noon, Wednesday 2 – 4 pm, Thursday 9 – 12 noon, Friday 9 – 12 noon
Emergency passport applications and collection of Swedish passports and driving licenses can be done without an appointment when the passport section is open for appointments.

Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 - 11 am.
Wednesday closed.

EMBASSY RECEPTION AND SWITCHBOARD

The reception is open Monday – Friday 9am – 12 noon and 2pm – 4pm.

VISITING THE EMBASSY

The Embassy is located in London´s West End, just north of Marble Arch.

The nearest underground stations are Marble Arch, Baker Street, Marylebone and Edgware Road all within 10 minutes walking distance.
A number of buses stop close to the Embassy.

The Embassy does not offer public parking. There are parking meters in Montagu Square and the nearest public car park is in Portman Square. We are inside the London congestion charge zone.
