About the Swedish Trade Council

The Swedish Trade Council (STC) makes it easier for Swedish companies to grow internationally. With thirty-five years experience of business development and with a constant presence in the world's most promising markets, STC is a dependable partner for all Swedish companies that wish to boost their business development.

STC essentially provide all services required to establish a company and its products, services or ideas in new markets. STC also help to reinforce the image of Sweden as an attractive country to do business with. STC contributes in different ways to increase business contacts between Swedish and foreign companies. STC arranges bilateral events such as seminars, fairs, press-trips and match-making projects. 

The Swedish Trade Council has 500 employees in more than 50 countries. STC also works through Swedish embassies, consulates and chambers of commerce in countries where they do not have an office of their own. Founded in 1972 the Swedish Trade Council serves the Swedish Government and Swedish business.
