Visa for family members of EEA citizens

You must submit your application personally at FedEx/Gerry’s along with the following documents:

• Two sets duly completed (one original, one copy) of :
  - Application for Schengen Visa; (Form No. 119031)
  - Family appendix for visa applicants - Appendix D; (Form No. 201031)
  
  
• Original passport and national identity card; (The validity of the passport must be at least 3 months beyond the date you will be leaving the Schengen area) and previous passports, if any;
  
  
• A copy of first two pages of your passport and of valid visas, if any, and a copy of your national identity card;
  
  
• Two passport size photographs. The photos must be: full face (facing the camera directly with your eyes looking straight at the camera), colour, with a light background, no more than six months old and a good likeness of you, bareheaded, unless you have special religious reasons;
  
  
• Your reference person's extract of the population register (Personbevis);
  
  
• Marriage Certificate, original with a copy and translation into English if the certificate is in another language – the original certificate and translation must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the marriage should be registered with the authorities
  
  
• Confirmed air ticket/booking;

* PKR equivalent to 18 Euro is charged by FedEx/Gerry’s.

Please note that there is NO VISA FEE for family members of EEA citizens.

Family members include:

• Husband or wife
• Registered domestic partner
• Children who are under the age of 21 or financially dependent
• Parents who are financially dependent

Normal processing time is approximately 1 month.

The application receiving hours at FedEx/Gerry’s are from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Passport collection hours are between 2.00 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Telephone enquiries to the Embassy are restricted to: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Application forms are available at the Embassy as well as FedEx/Gerry’s application centres free of charge. Forms can also be downloaded from the Embassy's website or can be hand collected from the Consulates in:
