Calls regarding pending applications are accepted at the Royal Norwegian Embassy at the following times:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon, and Thursday between 1:30pm - 3:00pm.

Due to the large number of applications, the Embassy will NOT be able to confirm receipt of your documents. If you would like acknowledgement that your application has been received, please use registered mail or a delivery service that enables you to track packages.

PLEASE NOTE that this ONLY applies to Schengen visas. Applications for Residence and/or Work Permits as well as Working Holiday Visa for Sweden will still be handled by the Embassy of Sweden.
