Transit Visa
This type of visa must be applied for when a person has a confirmed airline reservation to Sweden and from there a confirmed reservation for a conecting flight to another country outside the Schengen borders. This visa is mandatory when the ticket requiers a brief stopover at a swedish airport.
Citizens from the following countries are required to have an Airport Transit Visa:
Afghanistan
Bangladesh
Congo, Democratic Republic
Eritrea
Ethiopia
Ghana
Iran
Iraq
Nigeria
Pakistan
Somalia
Sri Lanka
