The driving licence is to be picked up at the Embassy, but may, on request, be sent to one of our honorary consulates. For pickup of at a consular location, there is delivery fee of JPY 900 and postal fee of JPY 560. Office hours at the Embassy is weekdays 09.00-12.00.
