The official Swedish government agency for foreign direct investment was founded fifteen years ago, and has until now been communicated under the brand Invest in Sweden Agency, ISA. The first week of May 2010 the agency was rebranded as Invest Sweden.
Invest Sweden is responsible to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and works to attract and facilitate foreign direct investment in Sweden. Headquartered in Stockholm, Invest Sweden has offices in China, Japan, India and North America.
