The aim of the training programme is to promote human resources development in low and middle-income countries by providing know-how in areas, which are of strategic importance for the development of partner countries. The training programme and courses shall be of direct use for the participant in his/her working situation.
Moreover, the International Training Programmes cover areas of strategic importance to the social and economic development of Angola and are based on identified priorities and needs.
