• Passport or other valid travel document with a validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure from Sweden. Photocopy of the first page of the passport as well as extensions and/or name changes.
  
  
• Previous passport if a new passport has been issued within the last year.
  
  
• Two colour photos not more than six months old, passport-seized (45 mm x 35 mm), full face and taken against a light background.
  
  
• Copy of paid medical travel insurance (for more information see the page:

• Invitation letter with original letter head from the company or organization in Sweden stating the purpose and the length of the visit. In addition who will shoulder the expenses for the visit.
  
  
• Letter of employment or equivalent from the company or organization in the Philippines written on original letterhead stating the profession and length of the employment. In addition a confirmation of the invitation with length of stay and who will shoulder the expenses for the visit.
  
  
• Documents proving sufficient means for the entire visit such as bank statement or copy of bank book.
  
  
• Detailed travel itinerary.
  
  
• Copy of hotel and flight reservation for the entire trip.

Applicants are advised not to pay for hotel accommodation or flight tickets until a visa is granted.
