Two colour photos not more than six months old, passport-seized (45 mm x 35 mm), full face and taken against a light background. Copy of paid medical travel insurance (for more information see the page:> General information about Schengen Visa) Detailed travel itinerary for the entire visit. Documents proving sufficient means for the entire visit such as bank statement or copy of bank book. Proof of employment with a statement from the employer that the applicant is granted leave.
