Making an appointment in order to apply for a visa can be done through a Call Center.
Call Center telephone number: 1900 222 202 (valid only for calls within Thailand). Calls will be charged at 9 Baht per minute.
The operator who will assist in making the appointment will speak either English or Thai. The operator will also be able to answer questions regarding what documents are required as well as assist with contact details for the embassy.The Call Center is open Monday-Friday 8.00–19.00 during the peak season, i.e. March-October. From November through February the opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.00-17.00. The information on visa applications available on this website can also be obtained through the Call Center by means of pre-recorded voice messages on an automatic answering machine, in English, Thai or Swedish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These calls also cost 9 Baht per minute.
