An original letter with a "guarantee for visit", if principals/company in Schengen is covering travel expenses and/or accommodation.
Proof of business registration, trade license e.g. both with English translation (original + copy).
Letter from employer indicating date of appointment, profession, salary particulars, contract of employment.
Letter from company/employer in Bangladesh indicating purpose and duration of visit.
Company's and personal bank statements for last three months (original + copies).
