A full set of documents is required for each applicant regardless the age of the person (including minor children entered in their parents' passports) when applying for a visa.Visa application can be submitted not earlier than 3 months before the scheduled visit.
Attention!(only for BiH citizens)According to the EU-BiH visa facilitation agreement for close relatives (spouse, children, parents, grandparents and grandchildren) visiting citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina residing legally in the EU Member States, the below mentioned documents are required to justify the purpose of the visit. However, please note that other documents may have to be presented upon request.

For all applicants not mentioned in the VFA and citizens of other states the following documentation is required:
employed persons: work certificate stating position, length of employment, vacation permission, salary and a certificate from the pension fund (M2)
entrepreneurs: court proof of the registration of the company and an extract from Bosnian tax authorities
pensioners: copy of the pensioner receipt students: university or college certificate for students
