Swedish Passport Applications

As of November 19, 2007, all passport applicants must apply in person at the Embassy of Sweden in Jakarta and must be digitally photographed on site at the time of the application. In conjunction, applications may no longer be submitted at the honorary consulates in Denpasar or Surabaya.

The application fee is SEK 1 400 / IDR 1 900 000 and should be paid into the Embassy's bank account in the PT ANZ Panin Bank:

Attach the proof of payment to the application.

The new passport may be picked up at any of the two Swedish honorary consulates in Indonesia. For pick-up of the new passport at a consular location, there is a shipping fee of SEK 50 / IDR 200 000 (payable at the time of application).
