Visa application for visiting relative/friend

Forms to submitted and application sorted in order given:
1. Application for Schengen Visa (No. 119031) attached with 2 photographs not older than six months with white background
2. Appendix: Family details Appendix to your application
3. Appendix: Invitation and Questionnaire concerning a person who wishes to visit you in Sweden (to be filled in by the person you intend to visit in Sweden),
4.Your reference's proof of identity (personbevis) not older than 30 days. If reference is not a Swedish citizen, you must enclose a copy of his/her passport showing what kind of permit he/she has in Sweden,
5. A document certifying that you have been given leave from your job/studies during the period you intend to visit Sweden,
6. Proof of funds for stay, either from yourself and/or reference (bank  statement from last three months),
7.Travel itinerary or copy of booking,
8.Copy of Travel/Health Insurance,
9.Copy of your passport (pages 1, 2 and last. If passport has been extended please enclose a copy of this page)and original passport.
 - The passport should not be older than 10 years.
 - Passport should be valid for atleast three months longer than intended stay.
 - Passport must have minimum two blank pages.
10. Application can be submitted only 3 months prior to departure.

Visa application for tourists

Forms to submitted and application sorted in order given:
1. Application for Schengen Visa (No. 119031) attached with 2 photographs not older than six months with white background,
2. Appendix: Family details Appendix to your application
3. Information on other valid visas/permits,
4. Leave letter from employer/school stating dates of travel,
5. Proof of funds for stay (bank statement from last three months),
6. Hotel reservation,
7. Travel itinerary or copy of booking,
8. Copy of Travel/Health Insurance, 
9. Copy of your passport (pages 1, 2 and last. If passport has been extended please enclose a copy of this page) and original passport.
 - The passport should not be older than 10 years.
 - Passport should be valid for atleast three months longer than intended stay.
 - Passport must have minimum two blank pages.
10. Application can earliest be submitted 3 months prior to departure.

Visa application for Business/Conference Visit

Forms to submitted and application sorted in order given:
1. Application for Schengen Visa (No. 119031) attached with 2 photographs not older than six months with white background,
2. Appendix A,
3. Appendix: Family details Appendix to your application
4. A signed invitation in English or Swedish from the Swedish Company/
organizers of the conference which should mention dates for visit,
5. A document from your company signed by somebody else than yourself certifying that you will be visiting the Swedish company concerned,
6.Your company's registration certificate,
7. Proof of funds for stay of company which is sponsoring the visit (bank statement),
8. Hotel reservation,
9. Travel itinerary or copy of booking,
10. Copy of Travel/Health Insurance, 
11. Copy of your passport (pages 1, 2 and last. If passport has been extended please enclose a copy of this page) and original passport.
 - The passport should not be older than 10 years.
 - Passport should be valid for atleast three months longer than intended stay.
 - Passport must have minimum two blank pages.
