This is not the case. Owning a property in Sweden or nominally registering a Company do not create any special advantages when applying for a Schengen visa or for a stay permit.
The Embassy would therefore highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing property in Sweden or registering a Swedish Company via private entrepreneurs in the UAE, to check the official regulations with the Embassy before finalizing any purchase.
