The Swedish Pensions Agency is in charge of Sweden's national pension system, both during the years you are earning your pension and after you retire.

The Swedish Pensions Agency is in charge of:

  • Old age pensions
  • Survivor’s pensions, including surviving children’s allowance
  • Survivor’s annuity and
  • Municipal Housing allowance for pensioners
