The Swedish export to Macedonia in 2007 was worth 207 MSEK (93.9 MSEK 2005). The export to Macedonia consists primarily of building and mining equipmen and, telecommunication equipment.

The import from Macedonia to Sweden during 2007 was worth 125 MSEK (down from 131,3 MSEK 2006). The import from Macedonia consists maily of tools, shoes, glass, and provisions.
