Required documents for a Business Visa

- Completed application form (in block letters), signed by the applicant

- Appendix A

- Invitation from the Swedish company on their company paper with company stamp (no e-mail)

- Extract from the Swedish register for commercial companies (PRV)

-Two [2] photographs of passport style and size [35 x 45 mm] for all applicants, including minors.

The photographs must be:
in colour photo
recent and of true likeness
showing full face
taken without headgear
head coverings and hats are only acceptable due to religious beliefs, and even then, may not cover any portion of the applicant's face
taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background.

- Current passport valid for at least 6 months after the return from the Schengen States

- You should also provide the blue bank slip as proof of payment of the fee.

- Copy of laminated ID-page of the passport

- Previous passports, if any

- Birth Certificate

- Marriage Certificate, if married

- Evidence of sufficient funding for the stay in Sweden (original Bank Statement, signed and verified by bank official, for immediate preceding twelve months period)

- Introduction Letter from the company you represent

- Tax Certificate

- A valid, personal travel insurance which covers costs for emergency treatment by a doctor, urgent ambulance transportation and transportation back to applicant's home country if required for medical reasons.

The insurance must cover at least 30,000 Euro and be valid in all Schengen states and cover the total length of stay.

- Flight Itinerary

- All documents submitted should have photocopies.
