Required documents for a Business Visa

1) Completed application form (in block letters), signed by the applicant
2) Appendix A
3) Invitation from the Swedish company on their company paper with company stamp (no e-mail)
4) Extract from the Swedish register for commercial companies (PRV)
5) One recent passport sized photograph in colour
6) Current passport valid for at least 6 months after the return from the Schengen States
7) Copy of laminated ID-page of the passport
8) Previous passports, if any
9) Birth Certificate
10) Marriage Certificate, if married
11) Evidence of sufficient funding for the stay in Sweden (original Bank Statement, signed and verified by bank official, for immediate preceding twelve months period)
12) Introduction Letter from the company you represent
13) Tax Certificate
14) Travel insurance
15) Flight Itinerary
16) All documents submitted should have photocopies.

Please note:
- The Embassy may require further documentation
- Applications may be forwarded to the Swedish Migration Board
- Applicants intending to visit Denmark may be asked to apply at the nearest Danish Embassy
