How to find the Swedish Embassy in The Hague

Coming from Amsterdam and Utrecht (A12)

Follow the A12 to Den Haag. The A12 turns into the Utrechtsebaan. At the end, turn left at the traffic lights onto the Zuid Hollandlaan. Turn right at the next traffic lights onto the Koningskade, which turns into the Raamweg. After passing the fly-over immediately turn right. Follow the bend onto the Hubertus viaduct and continue straight on along the Prof. B. M Teldersweg. Turn left at the 2nd traffic lights, onto Scheveningseweg. Turn right and quickly thereafter right once more. The Embassy is located in the first building you encounter on your right hand side.

Coming from Amsterdam/Wassenaar (A44)

Follow the A44, direction "Centrum Den Haag/Scheveningen". The A44 turns successively into the N44, the Benoordenhoutseweg and the Zuid Hollandlaan. Further, as mentioned above.

Coming from Rotterdam (A13)

Coming from the A13, at traffic intersection Ypenburg, follow the signs in the direction of Amsterdam (=A4). At the Prins Clausplen follow the signs Den Haag/Voorburg. Pass over the viaduct, follow the signs Den Haag and continue on the Utrechtsebaan. Further, as mentioned above.

By Public Transport

From train station Den Haag Hollands Spoor
Take tram no. 1 in the direction of Scheveningen Noorderstrand. Get off at the 'Adriaan Goekooplaan'-stop. Cross the street and enter Adriaan Goekooplaan. After 200 meters turn right at the first possibility into Verlengde Tolweg. Continue straight on and you will find Jan Willem Frisolaan after less than 200 meters. The Swedish Embassy is the first building on the right side.

From train station Den Haag Centraal Station
Take tram nr 16 in the direction of Moerwijk or tram 17 in the direction of Statenkwartier. Get off at 'Buitenhof'-stop, walk around the corner to the right and take tram nr 1 in the direction of Scheveningen Noorderstrand. Get off at 'Adriaan Goekooplaan'-stop. Cross the street and enter Adriaan Goekooplaan. After 200 meters turn right at the first possibility into Verlengde Tolweg. Continue straight on and you will find Jan Willem Frisolaan after less than 200 meters. The Swedish Embassy is the first building on the right side.
In the morning hours and later in the afternoon there is also a direct tram (10 to Statenkwartier) from the central station to 'Adriaan Goekooplaan'.
