The Nobel Prize: 100+Years of Extraordinary Literature

The Nobel Prize in Literature has recognized the whole spectrum of literary works, including poetry, novels, short stories and plays.

The Nobel Prize in Literature has been awarded to unknown masters as well as critically acclaimed writers. Bay Area authors Alev Croutier, Tamim Ansary, Jane Hirshfield and Jim Quay will read and discuss Nobel literature laureates with San Francisco Chronicle book critic David Kipen. Reception to follow.
