The Swedish Institute offers a tutored web course for English, French and German speaking beginners. The course gives basic spoken and written knowledge of the Swedish language, as well as an insight into Swedish culture and society.The course is a result of an EU project within the Socrates/Lingua 2 programme. It was developed by institutions in Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Sweden. The project was appointed “Best project and best practice” by the European Commission, autumn 2004.Course fee: 450 € + 50 € for material costs.For more information, see links to the left.
