Please refrain from calling the Embassy regarding e-applications as the Embassy is not authorized to take decisions in these matters.

However, if your e-application has been approved by the Migration Board in Sweden and you wish to collect your decision at the Embassy in Tokyo, you will have to come to the Embassy in person with your passport.
