Swedish export to Jordan amounted to approximately 500 million SEK in 2006.The import to Sweden from Jordan amounted to 15 million SEK in 2006. A few Swedish companies have their own companies in Jordan while many are represented via Jordanian agents. In November 2006 a Trade Delegation from the Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) visited Sweden and held meetings with Swedish counterparts, political representatives and individual companies. The arrangement was very successful and will hopefully lead to new established trade contacts.
