About the Embassy

Welcome to the Embassy of Sweden in Luanda, Angola

The Embassy of Sweden in Angola represents the Swedish Government in the Republic of Angola. The Embassy's overall mission is to strengthen the relations between Sweden and Angola and between citizens, companies and organisations in the two countries.

The commercial section of the Embassy promotes increased trade between Sweden and Angola. The Embassy cooperates closely with the local office of the Swedish Trade Council.

The consular section assists Swedish citizens living in or visiting Angola. The Embassy can also assist Angolan citizens to apply for residence permits etc.

Visas

Since the 1st of March 2008 the Embassy of Norway receives and handles applications for Schengen visas also for Sweden.
