The Embassy's main field of work consists of bilateral affairs, monitoring and reporting about Bulgaria's EU integration process, foreign and domestic policy as well as the economic development. The Embassy also works to promote Swedish interests in Bulgaria including to enhance and deepen trade and cultural exchanges. The Embassy furthermore offers consular services to Swedish citizens and handles issues related to migration.
