Visa for training

What must I submit for a visa for training?

• Application for Schengen Visa, completed, signed and dated

• Appendix D: Family Appendix for Applicants
  Passport or other valid travel document with a validity of at least three months beyond the planned departure from Sweden. Photocopy of the first page of the passport as well as extensions and/or name changes

• Two colour photos not more than six months old, 3 x 4 size, full face and taken against white background. Photographs that do not conform to these standards will be rejected and may cause delay in processing the application

• A valid confirmed return airline-ticket to Indonesia / print-out ticket / copy of ticket / ticket booking

• Medical travel insurance (copy), the insurance must cover a minimum of  € 30 000 for medical costs (treatment, hospitalization, etc); see medical / travel insurance

• A sponsor letter from Indonesia (company, institution, etc)

• Acceptance letter from the institution in Sweden

• Financial statement (no need if this trip is fully sponsored by the institution in Sweden. Please describe in the acceptance letter from the institution about the costs covered)

• KIMS / KITAS (for foreign citizens residing in Indonesia)
