About the Embassy

Our overall mission is to strengthen the relations between Sweden and Malaysia, both government to government, and between citizens, companies and organisations in the two countries.

Our activities are focused on trade and investment and we also strive to nurture further co-operation in other areas such as defence, culture and education.

Our consular section provides services to Swedish citizens living in or visiting Malaysia, and also visa and other immigration related services for people planning to visit Sweden.

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00
Friday 07.30-14.00
Lunch break 12.30-13.00

The Embassy's consular reception is open for the public on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 08.00-11.30 or by appointment. The Embassy has telephone hours for visa matters on weekdays, 08.00-10.00.
