Swedish Studies in North America

The Swedish language is studied at more than 200 universities in 42 countries worldwide, including more than 30 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada.

Colleges and universities all over North America have Swedish programs with dedicated professors, lecturers and graduate students teaching the language.

Adult Swedish language instruction is also available at various other schools and cultural institutions in the U.S. and Canada.

Supplemental Swedish language classes for children is also offered by a number of schools and associations across North America.
