Newsletters by Swedens Counsellors for Cultural Affairs

Counsellors for Cultural Affairs are stationed at Sweden's embassies in Beijing, Belgrade, Berlin, London, Moscow, Tokyo and Washington, and at the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the European Union in Brussels. They report about the promotion of Swedish culture in "their" countries respectively, through newsletters in Swedish.

The Ministry of Culture is the responsible authority for the Counsellors. In Paris the Counsellor for Cultural Affairs is linked to the Swedish Cultural Centre, the Swedish Institute's branch office in Paris. The overall task of these Counsellors is to promote cultural exchange and stimulate cultural dialogue between the host country and Sweden.
