Parking near House of Sweden
The Embassy does not offer public parking.

There are several parking garages within a block of the Embassy.

There is a metered parking lot behind the Thompson Boathouse at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Rock Creek Parkway.

To encourage exercise, to help save the environment and to promote the use of public transportation, the Embassy recommends using Metro bus, the Metro or DC  Circulator bus to reach us.

(We are about a 15 minute walk from the Foggy Bottom metro station, and several bike paths lead to the Georgetown Harbour.)
