Invitation to Tenders

The Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi invites to submit tenders for Property Maintenance and Financial and Property Management of its housing compound in Hanoi.

The procurement of the services is undertaken as an Open Procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2007:1091) (LOU).

It is the Embassy’s intention to sign an agreement with a supplier. The contract period is 2010-01-01--2012-12-31, with an option to extend for up to one year.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 30 November 2009.

Please note that the Green Embassy of Sweden requires an environment-friendly supplier.
